Bernard COLLORAFI 21 B Chemin de l'Estelle 06 110 LE CANNET Tel and fax: 04 93 45 99 15 E.mail : abcollo@yahoo.fr to Madam, Sir, On 15 March the Council of Ministers adopted a bill establishing the new economic regulations in the field of competition and in the functioning of businesses. You will shortly be called upon to vote on it. Please find enclosed the Judgment delivered by the Paris Court of Appeal on 8 March 2000 concerning me. It illustrates in an edifying manner the dramatic situation of businesses finding themselves in a situation of abuse of a dominant position and economic dependence, notably when the contracts are disputed. The brutal and abusive terminations of contractual relations lead them to complete collapse, while the dominant parties play with the professional future (and indeed the very life) of their ultimately ruined managers. I wish you good reading and remain, Madam, Sir, yours faithfully.
